Sydney House, delivered by Richard Crookes Constructions, is a landmark transformation of the heritage-listed City Tattersalls Club which will integrate a six-storey heritage podium with a new 50-storey tower, featuring a 135-key hotel and 241 residential apartments.

McGregor is producing detailed 4D models that link the construction methodology to the programme, enabling the team to rehearse and verify the build virtually. These animations also serve as Visual Safe Work Method Statements, improving planning, communication, and safety around high-risk, critical path activities—ultimately driving smarter delivery and stronger project outcomes.
