McGregor Digital Construction was proud to support Baiada and Richard Crookes Constructions in the delivery of this major industrial project through BIM Management, 4D Construction Animation, Structural Steel Construction Management, and fabrication monitoring in Vietnam.

Using McGregor’s Visual Material Tracking System, the project team maintained visibility of the structural steel package supporting this 40,000m² facility, a key critical path element of the project, from design and fabrication through to shipping and installation, providing transparency and confidence across the supply chain throughout delivery.
