The Moxy Hotel project is a 35-level, 308-room hotel development located in Sydney’s CBD, designed to deliver a vibrant and contemporary hospitality experience. It features 619m² of luxury amenities including a gymnasium, retail spaces, a sports bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas.

McGregor is delivering Digital Implementation, BIM Management, and 4D construction planning driving smart, coordinated delivery across all phases. Our digital construction team is working closely with Kuatro to integrate structure, façade, services, and finishes into a unified delivery strategy overcoming the logistical challenges of a live CBD site and adjacent occupied buildings.
