CPB Contractors is the builder of Parkline Place, the new 39-storey premium commercial development above the north entrance to Sydney Metro’s Gadigal Station.
The premium office building was awarded to Parkline Place consortium partners Oxford, MEA and Investa.
McGregor worked closely with CPB Contractors to produce detailed 4D animations and Visual Safe Work Method Statements which were used by the team to help communicate the program and construction methodology.
McGregor’s scope included:

- Detailed Planning/Programming
- Visual Safe Work Method Statements (VSWMS)
